	When a 24 hour service is requested Essential Care recognizes the need for flexibility so that services meet the need of every client. We will consult with you to set up an appropriate service. Essential Care appreciates that a person needs to trust their carer. Our recruitment policies ensure that our workers will be honest and respect the privacy of the people we visit.
