Essential Care proiritises ongoing care to meet the changing circumstances of every person we service. On behalf of family and government agencies our workers are advised of the importance of ongoing case management and work with our co-ordinator to ensure that as new needs emerge they are catered for after broad consultation with appropriate interested parties.
