	aBe transferred from a wheel chair into the shower and be helped ato redress aRespectfully help with toileting and dressing aTidy up the bathroom and bedroom with health considerations aand the dignity of clients aConduct basic health checks including checking for skin lesions aPrepare healthy meals and help with eating aPrompting to take medication from Dossett Box or Webster aPack aProvide assistance for clients to get into bed using a hoist aEnsure the house is kept safe and tidy, reflecting the history aand enjoyment of family, friends and our clients.
